Teaching, for me, is about understanding each student as an individual — their strengths, challenges, interests and the way they naturally learn. My lessons are built around patience, clarity and genuine encouragement, creating a space where students feel comfortable, confident and motivated to grow.

I hold an MSc in Physics and have strong STEM expertise, which allows me to explain complex ideas in simple, engaging ways. I use visual aids, real-life examples, step-by-step breakdowns and interactive tasks to make learning enjoyable and accessible. Whether a student is struggling with foundational concepts or aiming to excel further, I adapt every lesson to their pace and learning style.

My background also includes three years of hands-on experience supporting young people, including SEN learners such as students with autism, Down syndrome and behavioural needs. This taught me the importance of calm communication, active listening and building trust. I focus on helping students regulate emotions, stay motivated and develop resilience — qualities that matter just as much as academic progress.

As a tutor, I aim to be more than someone who explains topics. I strive to be a mentor who listens, understands and guides students towards their goals. I help learners build strong study habits, improve confidence, and develop a positive relationship with learning.
