I will use engaging methods to deliver my content. As each lesson will be tailored to the individual requirement/desire of the student, the lesson plan will vary significantly, depending on whether a more formalised approach (eg: for IELTS) will be needed or not to identify key areas of improvement and where I can add value.

Generally speaking, I will ensure that learning English will be not only an enjoyable task, but a highly fulfilling one, too. I truly believe in this, as I'd fallen in love with the English language since the age of 10 and wanted to pursue a career in writing and journalism since then. I nurtured my love for the language by a combination of reading and watching Disney films.

In my lessons, students will learn about the importance of clarity and tone in English writing and speaking. They will learn about critical and analytical thinking, and learn the valuable lesson of cross-referencing knowledge sources to truly verify all that is being taught for themselves. It is all very well that a teacher will tell them what to learn, but as someone who was trained in the scientific process, the result of the teachings will be better remembered if students are encouraged to pursue further knowledge themselves, using the tutoring sessions as baseline information.

All I can assure is that my students will be well-equipped to face any challenges the English language throws at them. The most important thing to know and remember is that even the professionals are on a journey of constant learning! So enjoy the process and watch your language skills improve, session by session.
