Experiential and action training facilitation experience
My facilitation style is highly experiential and action-based. I use role plays, gamification, storytelling, and NLP techniques to make learning engaging. For example, when I train on listening skills and empathy, participants practice validation and acknowledgement. When I cover resilience or self-awareness, I use reflection and action challenges.
