My personal training sessions are tailored to each client’s goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. With over 8 years of online training experience and more than 12 years as a freelance trainer in Bangkok, I’ve developed a flexible, effective format that delivers real results.

Each program starts with a consultation and fitness assessment to understand your needs. I then design a personalised training plan, which includes live 1-on-1 video sessions (usually 2–4 times per week) combined with self-guided workouts. I provide demonstration videos, progress tracking, and ongoing support through messaging or voice chat.

My sessions blend strength training, mobility work, cardio, and recovery techniques. I incorporate elements from Pilates, yoga, and functional training to keep workouts dynamic, safe, and engaging. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle building, improved posture, or healthy aging, I’ll guide and motivate you every step of the way.

Expect clear instruction, positive energy, and a supportive atmosphere. I adjust every session to how you’re feeling that day—so you’re always challenged but never overwhelmed. I also offer nutrition guidance based on my Precision Nutrition certification to support your fitness journey.
