I have been teaching since 2006 almost 17 years of teaching experience. I begin my teaching at college and now deal with students in school.I have an edge over other teaching special students who lacks interest in Math and finds Math quite difficult. I first do background check of the student and after understanding his level of knowledge and understanding, the lesson is developed accordingly. Flexible lesson plan and schedule is then prepared according to the need and understanding of the student. I believe in regular montering and testing of the student. In beginning of every class PK testing is done and depending upon the response of the student the class is planned accordingly.
