For life coaching, I utilize a blend of proven techniques, such as goal setting, mindfulness practices, positive psychology, and personalized strategies. Each session is focused on addressing your specific challenges, identifying strengths, and empowering you to achieve your personal and professional goals.

In yoga sessions, I integrate traditional yoga practices with modern approaches, emphasizing not only physical postures (asanas) but also breathwork (pranayama), meditation, and relaxation techniques. My goal is to help you find balance, reduce stress, and improve flexibility and strength, both mentally and physically.

I had a coaching session with Rajat last week and i must say it was just amazing! The session helped me understand a lot about myself and where i should be focusing on to improve my productivity. He also gave tips to focus on physical health through various Yoga asanas and how to maintain a healthy diet. Overall, this man did a good job and i would definitely recommend him for life coaching!
