About me

I have been coaching for 20 years and I am a published author on Coping with Stress and Adversity, Little Pocket of Confidence Building - Little Pocket of Confidence - The 10 Golden Steps as well as a Children's anti-buying book.

I am a good listener, empathetic and expect 100% commitment from my students. I use power point presentations, as well as 1:1 discussion and occasionally videos and recommend reading or exercises and or tasks to carry out.

I use the Life wheel and a set of questionnaires to help create a plan of action. I am supportive and honest with my feedback so as to get the best out of students. I make the learning interesting, motivational and memorable. I focus on life skills and attitude and passion more than just knowledge and IQ.

I provide one-on-one coaching as well as group training sessions that are tailored to meet your needs as well as your learning style. I understand that we are all unique hence I provide bespoke coaching that's going to work for you.

Coaching covers different areas including Goal setting, time management, Beating Stress and Burnout, Building your confidence and self-esteem. I identify your strengths and weaknesses, we plan together realistic goals, and develop effective healthy habits that will be effective for you.

My coaching sessions engaging, interactive as well as fun so you stay on track. I utilise a variety of methods to help you develop the right mindset you need to succeed academically as well as personal.

My coaching will boost your confidence and improve your ability to problem solve, learn more knowledge and recall it.

It was the first time for me doing Coaching sessions. And I can say it went way better that I thought. I felt really at ease with Raj since the beginning. I found the initiative, confidence and motivation to start working on picking up my mental health and physical health which has crumbled in the Pandemic and made me go through really hard times. I found in Raj someone that gave me a lot of tools, taught me how to use them and motivate me to do so. Guiding me along the way and realizing how to encourage me to improve. I would totally recommend the sessions, even if one is apprehensive, just give it a try. I can say that its a one way journey of improvement.

Raj has been mentoring me in Jiu Jitsu for the better part of the past year and has helped truly enrich my experience in this wonderful martial art. Raj has been an exceptional mentor for me in facing particular types of stress and issues in martial arts training and teaching. Living far away from the UK has made it a lot more difficult for me to develop in this discipline I began doing at university there, but he has always been on the other end of the line offering deep insight as to what I can do to better myself in my path to development. Coaching sessions with him have always left me feeling better about my ability and motivated to keep going. I would strongly recommend Raj as a mentor to anyone needing help dealing with various life issues and stress management.
