I enjoy teaching with visual aids and flowcharts when necessary to connect the concepts. I also take a student-centered approach to teaching as it focuses on the students and their weaknesses. It allows the students to ask questions as the concepts are introduced at the foundational level before advancing. I embrace other learning styles that would help students' understanding.
