I feel my strengths include planning engaging, yet challenging lessons, and regularly utilizing a variety of AFL methods ensuring clear progress is made by all. As a result of teaching high-quality lessons, it has become evident to me that there are fewer behavioural issues in my classes and the data for the children I have taught has shown positive improvement across all ability ranges.
