I inspire students and have high expectations and teach according to their needs and provide full support to achieve the best grade for them.

As a tutor, I have sound knowledge of the AQA, EDEXCEL and OCR Specifications, as well as the CIE Board up to GCSE level, including IGCSE.

I am a versatile full-time tutor with experience in teaching comprehensive, independent, boarding, and overseas school students online, during a lesson we review exam papers and focus on the questions to highlight the necessary skills and knowledge needed to attain higher grades. Once we have identified gaps in subject knowledge we can then focus on specific skills and topics to build confidence and understanding.

Rachna stepped in in January to support my son in his gcse double science when his school were out in strike with no end in sight. Rachna calmly reassured me that she could support Joseph and got started immediately. Joe found her lessons so useful that he asked to continue even once the school had settled back down. Rachna taught areas that Joe was weaker on and helped him with the higher grade questions. There was also lots of opportunities for practise papers. This all helped to support Joes knowledge and confidence and I am pleased to report that he got a 9 9. Thanks Rachna! I would recommend this tutor to anyone doing GCSE science and looking to boost grades and build confidence.
