Rachel Teare

During my teacher training I spent a significant time across three schools, teaching children in key stages 1 and 2. I have a strong ability to implement learning strategies that cater for all needs within the classroom including children with ASD, ADHD and dyslexia. Having achieved a first class honours degree in children’s and young people’s learning and development, I am able to approach my lessons with a great understanding on the complexities and challenges that children are faced with within education. I successfully create an environment for pupils where resources can be accessed appropriately, allowing all pupils to progress through my lessons.
