I've spent years designing and facilitating leadership programmes for teams and individuals across corporate and entrepreneurial settings. I've led learning strategy at scale, coached executives and emerging leaders, and built my own coaching practice. I understand the pressures of modern work—balancing ambition with sustainability, leading with authenticity, and navigating uncertainty.
