I am a qualified Business Lecturer with several years of experience teaching and supporting students across Business and Finance qualifications. I currently teach Business at college level and hold a Level 5 teaching qualification, alongside a strong academic background in Finance.

My approach is friendly, supportive and focused on helping students understand exactly what examiners are looking for. I know that many students understand the Business content but struggle to turn their knowledge into high-mark answers. Therefore, I place a strong emphasis on exam technique, particularly application, analysis and evaluation.

At the beginning of our lessons, I identify the areas where you need the most support. We then work through topics step-by-step using clear explanations, real-world business examples and targeted activities. Once you understand the content, we apply it to exam-style questions and look at how to structure strong answers.

I can also review your answers with you, identify where marks may be lost and show you practical ways to improve. Where appropriate, I use past-paper style questions, model responses and examiner-style feedback to help you become more confident and independent.

Every student is different, so lessons are adapted to your ability, learning style and goals. Whether you are finding A-Level Business difficult, aiming for a higher grade, preparing for an upcoming exam or simply want more confidence with particular topics, we can build a lesson plan around what you need.
