My sessions are interactive, engaging, and encouraging. I create a safe and supportive space where children feel comfortable expressing themselves, exploring their strengths, and working on the areas they want to improve. Depending on the child’s needs, I may use creative activities, focus-building exercises, or reflective conversations that help them gain clarity and confidence.
