My lesson plans are personalised and adapted according to the student's specific needs and learning style. I assess this over the first couple of lessons, and then structure the lessons accordingly. The lessons are complemented by hands-on exercises, and the focus is on deep learning and understanding the concepts very clearly rather than shallow repetition.

I have worked as examiner for various exam boards and so have a good understanding of exam papers and assessments and I aim to make my students very familiar with these marking guidelines.

I am trained in SEN education and well-versed in working with students from different backgrounds and with a range of learning styles.
