I provide a relaxed approach through creating a supportive, friendly dynamic. My tutoring will be primarily based on what the student wants to cover and struggles with, so all lessons are personalised to them. I also mainly teach through conversation and discussion, so students will engage and we share opinions and approaches as equals. I know specifications and writing styles well, with knowledge of both how to creatively appreciate a piece of literature and also how to understand it so as to pass an exam, and therefore a blend of these attributes allows for perfect essay technique!
