I am an English Language Assistant, working at two primary schools in France. I have taken several TeachingEnglish courses, so I understand how to effectively teach grammar, speaking, reading, writing, etc., as well as how to plan and structure lessons to maximise learning in a short timeframe. I have hands-on experience in working with and teaching young students, as well as plenty of adaptable resources which I can tailor to suit your needs and level. I believe that fluency is as important as accuracy in regard to learning to speak English, and so in my lessons I encourage as much English communication as possible (whilst also teaching grammar rules). For younger students, I like to finish sessions with a game to consolidate and assess their learning in a fun way, as I find this motivates students more. With older students/adults seeking to improve their English, I offer a relaxed and friendly environment to improve both fluency and grammatical accuracy.
