My name is Pierre Bauzee, and I am a professional Trainer and the Founder of Beyond Satisfaction Academy and Training.

For the past five years, I have successfully delivered weekly courses and programmes to many companies worldwide. I cover a wide variety of topics, including leadership, train the trainer, performance management, personal development, continuous improvement, customer service, hospitality, soft skills development, conflict management, courageous conversations, and others.

I hold a Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management and have over 15 years of experience managing and training people within the luxury hospitality industry. My key certifications include Dale Carnegie’s High Impact Presentation, Jason Teteak's Train The Trainer Bootcamp, Practical Training qualification or Train The Trainer Accreditation (another one).
