Phoebe Perkins

I am experienced in ensuring learning is engaging for the tutee. I’d prefer our first session to be an introduction session so you can become comfortable and I can determine your needs and your preferred learning style so I can go away and adapt my teaching accordingly. I currently study psychology at university so I understand that everyone is different and everyone’s minds work differently so I’m happy to tailor my teaching around you! My teaching styles can range from diagrams to worksheets to sourcing useful videos so you can get to grips with the subject at hand. I can also extend my services to low levels of history tutoring which I also received a level 7 in at GCSE.

I’m very happy to provide updates and review our progress to ensure the teaching style we are using is appropriate and most effective for your child.

I love Maths and writing essays so I am excited to share my passion with you, I understand not everyone enjoys school subjects so will do my best to make it as exciting as possible so the sessions don’t feel like a school lesson! I would love to help you to reach your potential through the style of learning that benefits you most as I can appreciate that the classroom structure doesn’t suit every child. I’m excited to get to know you and help with your educational journey!
