As a Clinical Dietitian, I bring a deep scientific understanding and practical experience, ensuring that the guidance you receive is reliable, safe, and, most importantly, results-driven.

What My Lessons Are Like:

First: Every coaching session is built around your questions, goals, and challenges. I don't start with a pre-set formula; instead, I listen first. Do you want to optimize your fueling before a marathon? Figure out how to eat when your training is intense? Perhaps you're wondering about the need for supplements or want to support recovery? Whatever your sports nutrition question or area for development, we will address it.

Practical and Insightful: My sessions are not lectures, but interactive discussions and practical exercises. We will delve into how to transform knowledge into concrete actions. For example, you will learn:

Getting the Basics Right: How to build a balanced foundational diet that supports both health and performance, without unnecessary complexities.

Fueling and Timing: What to eat before, during, and after training, and why timing matters. You'll learn to tailor your portions and choices according to the intensity and duration of your exercise.

Flexible Format: We can easily meet online through an integrated virtual classroom. This allows for flexible scheduling and saves your time. You can securely share food diaries, training plans, and other documents with me. We'll use visuals and examples to make even complex topics clear.

Defining Your Goals: We'll clearly articulate your short-term and long-term performance, health, or body composition goals.

Identifying Obstacles & Life Situation: We'll discuss any challenges you face – be it time constraints, dietary restrictions, travel, or personal preferences – and how nutrition can realistically fit into your life.

The two meetings we had were very nice and helpful for me. These were not teaching and learning type of meetings but more conversation where I learned many things in general and also about myself. Recommend to try if any questions related to sports nutrition and weight loss.
