My lessons focus very much on the concerns of the individual. What challenges are they facing now and what do they perceive in the future. Through active listening I attempt to drill down where knowledge gaps exist and using what they do know to build a better understanding.

I present situations and solutions of others and discuss if this was the best course of action and what factors could have influenced those groups at the time. I allow students to rewrite history and move goal posts to keep them attentive.

Crisis Management and Business Resilience are perfect breeding grounds for new leaders to expose themsleves to new ways of thinking and to become effective leaders.
