Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to read my profile.
I have a track record of success in delivering training, presentations (and which includes public speaking and job interviews) and developing people. My experience and skills were obtained while working as a learning and development consultant.
Having formerly worked as a top presenter and facilitator in a blue chip company (FSTE100) and a 'go to person' in learning and development (L&D) I have worked with non-managers, managers and leaders as well as European graduates on developing their presentation, public speaking skills and their professional and personal development (PPD).
My wealth of experience is supported by an MSc in Social Science (obtained in 2021 from the University of Glasgow, Hons 2:1) and with further experience being obtained while starting and running my own development company, where I worked with people as a service management and sales coach. Further work areas include 'how to be successful at job interviews' and 'what makes a good CV become a great CV'.
Currently, I am working on my own PPD at the UoS where I am attending and completing a Masters in Psychology.
I have always been interested in personal development and of being of use to others in their pursuit of development and self-actualisation.
I am able to combine all the knowledge and experience I have obtained into a package of skills and key learnings that will assist and develop you in: Public Speaking, Presentations, and being able to influence people, emotional intelligence, and will make you and the work you do memorable!
