I deliver lessons that have been designed and refined, over 23 years of teaching in secondary schools, which will help you to dissect each question of the English exam papers. I'll teach you the tips, tricks and techniques which will help you to understand exactly what is required for each question.

We'll write model answers together, where I write the first paragraph, then talk you through the next paragraph, and then guide you through the final paragraph, so that you know exactly what to do as you gradually progress to writing independently.

If you struggle to understand something - don't worry - we'll have a discussion and I'll explain exactly what is required in accessible language that you'll be able to understand. Passing the English exam is relatively straightforward, as long as you have expert guidance which outlines the requirements.

Over a short period of time, you'll start to see your confidence grow as you apply the appropriate methods and start to become familiar with the demands of each question. There's no real mystery to all this - the techniques are quite easy to learn. Soon you'll be writing fluently for each question because you'll know exactly what to expect.
