I use my knowledge of Educational Psychology to ensure students are taught according to their learning styles. I also incorporate their interests into lessons.

My lessons are always fully prepared in advance, with flexibility depending on how difficult the pupil finds the material. I balance building a rapport with the student with utilising the time for learning. I ensure the student understands their strengths and weaknesses, and how to improve.
