My lessons would be largely interactive. I'll always invite questions, as this displays an enthusiasm to learn, and I'll either answer them to the best of my ability and understanding, go away and research a definitive answer if I'm unsure, or lead the student in a direction where they work out the answer for themselves.
My lessons will comprise powerpoint slides to illustrate and deliver the points of major importance. There will be easy to follow diagrams, and handouts, where appropriate. I will talk through the points and inject real world examples based both on knowledge and personal experience.

The student will be expected to complete mini exercises during the session, which we can go through immediately after, if time allows, or during the next session. The mini exercises will be designed to test their knowledge and understanding of the session's material. They may also include questions and tasks related to previous sessions to ensure a strong foundation is built.
