Pavan Kumar Challa

I have more than 10 years of teaching experience in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology at the GCSE and A levels. I really enjoy teaching and honestly believe that it is one of the ways to become more knowledgeable in the subjects.
My strategy is to make the class as practical and entertaining as possible with real-world examples. I encourage students to constantly ask questions and be part of the exciting learning journey. After each class, I give the student a problem related to the topic covered in the class and ask them to come up with some solution. They have to solve the problem and explain it to me in the next class. This strategy has worked best over years for me and my students.
When approaching the end of the course, I always gather old question papers and solve them together with the student to increase their confidence levels.
