A patient and proactive teacher that enjoys developing my peers through creative lessons which foster trust and empower learners to take ownership of their studies and to 'lose the fear' and fulfil their learning ambitions. I strive to create cerebral lessons that engage learners. My methodology
has improved examination pass rates through a focus on variety and accuracy in speech and literacy.
