Pauline Bailey

As an educator and visual artist I have worked in both further and higher education and engaged in community education both in the Uk and The Gambia. I have always adopted an holistic and therapeutic approach, focusing on work with young people and ‘vulnerable’ adults both nationally and internationally. My teaching style is person centred in order to establish a deep understanding of my client's needs with both their learning and general life skills.

With a trauma informed practice I worked in a wide range of settings/contexts (both face to face and online), which means I can quickly establish a good rapport and tune into the specific needs of a client, especially when they feel vulnerable or unsure of next steps. I have mentored, coached and counselled students and creatives, professional and amateur alike from across the education, arts and cultural sector.

Once we have completed an initial consultation, I can then signpost or suggest appropriate resources you might find useful including study skills.
