First lesson will include assessment, one taking, questions about requirements and expectations. From that a learning plan will be created by me and agreed with by you if you find it helpful.
Depending on the level of work, the outcome wanted (improvement/exam/proofreading) a number of lessons will be agreed upon for transparency.
I will make/bring appropriate resources to the lesson and share them, if hard copies or textbooks are required I will either signpost them or post/email - this could entail a small charge for delivery/printing costs, but this is negotiable and obviously fair.
I am a patient and reliable tutor, am wholly respectful and empathetic - whatever your needs or issues I will endeavour to meet them, and always with a smile and a kind word.
I am encouraging and supportive, will tailor the resources and lessons to suit your tastes wherever possible.
The GCSE English Literature texts I have ready to go resources for are: An Inspector Calls, A Christmas Carol, Romeo & Juliet, Unseen Poetry, and Poetry Anthology - Power & Conflict. However, I am proficient in many other texts and can easily adapt resources and teaching to cover other choices.
My lessons are backed up with TikTok content, TES resources, and email correspondence as LitWitch.
If you want a friendly, professional, and highly experienced tutor book me in for a free 30 minute consultation - remember SEN is not a barrier, just the scenery on the way to lifelong learning!
