I am a highly experienced teacher of German and French. My tailor-made lessons help students build confidence in all areas of language learning to achieve outstanding results. My approach is positive and encouraging and I work with students to help them reach their potential.

I am a highly experienced teacher of German and French. My tailor-made lessons help students build confidence in all areas of language learning to achieve outstanding results. My approach is positive and encouraging and I work with students to help them reach their potential.
For GCSE and A level students we work on exam technique and language learning skills so that exam papers can be tackled with renewed confidence.
I have taught students from Primary School age to adult learners for over 25 years in a range of settings and have specialised in one-to-one tutoring using Zoom and Skype since 2017.
My A level and GCSE German and French results in 2023 were outstanding and I will be delighted to provide you with testimonials from parents and students.

Paula has been my French Tutor for several months now. She is a brilliant teacher, very experienced and has a lot of patience. I started learning French online a couple of years ago. The lessons that I have with Paula give me a focus for my learning and she gives me the confidence to progress. I would recommend Paula to anyone wishing to improve thier French.

Paula provided online tuition to my daughter when she was undertaking her GCSE French. During covid this was especially helpful, given the struggles her school was facing. She was under-confident in her ability, but Paula understood what she needed to learn and provided great teaching - and she ended up getting an 8 which was a great result. Thoroughly recommend!
