I love sharing what I have learnt with my network of colleagues around the world, specially IATEFL, which is an organization that is really closed to me.
It is where I presented in public international for first time in UK.
I am active member. And I am trying to update with all the resources and new strategies for us, as language educators.
It is not only for me, I am awared that , education implies this effort for a better society and also as a teacher trainer.
My philosophy about teaching is the humanistic approach, to focus on the human factor and the precious of what everyone is different and that is why we do have a beauty diversity, and our role as educators is to preach the magical word: Rapport.
