My sessions are structured, supportive and tailored to each student’s individual needs. I begin by getting to know how the student learns, what they find challenging, and what they would like to work towards. Sessions typically combine discussion, practical strategies and reflective coaching, with a focus on building confidence, organisation and independence.

I use clear, manageable steps and adapt my approach to suit different learning styles, particularly for neurodivergent students, including those with autism, ADHD and dyslexia. Sessions may focus on study skills, time management, planning assignments, managing workload, or developing effective routines and self-confidence.

I bring over 17 years of experience in education, mentoring and leadership, and aim to create a calm, professional and non-judgemental environment where students feel supported and empowered to make progress. Sessions are focused on practical outcomes and skills students can use independently beyond our work together.
