-Time management & study planning (prioritising tasks, realistic schedules, avoiding procrastination)
-Motivation and discipline systems (creating routines that students can actually follow)
-SMART goal setting and weekly progress tracking
-Mindset coaching (limiting beliefs, fear of failure, perfectionism, self-confidence)
-Simple tools for emotional regulation and clarity such as visualisation and mindfulness when needed
I have been working as a Life Coach since 2019, and I also have experience supporting motivation and consistency in professional and academic contexts. I use practical methods like productivity tools, reward systems, and even gamification techniques to help students stay engaged and committed — especially when they feel overwhelmed or unmotivated.
My goal is that students leave each lesson feeling more confident, more capable, and with a clear plan they can follow independently.
