My biggest strength is to quickly see the potential in people that they must yet discover. My greatest satisfaction comes from the “ah-ha” moments when helping individuals and teams uncover their full potential and achieve awesome personal satisfaction.

Through my coaching at individual and team level, I help people explore the past and so that they can create the future they deserve. My work involves exploration and discovery of the blockers and enablers of individual and group satisfaction. My goal is always the same: to help uncover the human potential that is not being fully utilized.

Specialities and expertise include: Individual executive coaching journeys of 3 to 6 months, leadership team performance enhancement and acceleration, development and delivery of customised executive education programs.

Typically coaching engagements span 60-90 minutes per session and to get the best results a minimum of 3 sessions is the optimal way forward. All the coaching sessions are held in a confidential space so that you can be fully engaged in the conversations. Most of my clients enjoy having the opportunity of really being listened to in the coaching session as this provides them with the space to be very open and free to share what ever challenges they would like to overcome. Typically at the end of each coaching session the client is encouraged to prepare an action plan of follow up items that they can they continue to work on between the coaching sessions. At the beginning of the following session there is a review and any updates or changes are explored.
