My lessons are highly structured, clear and purposeful, designed to help students make observable progress and gain confidence. I teach KS3 and KS4 Mathematics, Combined Science, and Triple Science, with a strong focus on GCSE success.

Each lesson follows Rosenshine’s Principles of Instruction. We begin with a short review to check on prior learning, then I introduce new content in small, carefully sequenced steps, using clear explanations and worked examples. I model solutions explicitly, ask frequent questions to check understanding, and guide students through practice before moving to independent work.

Lessons are interactive and adaptive, using questioning, live problem-solving, and exam-style questions. I adjust pace and support based on the student’s responses, ensuring misconceptions are addressed immediately.

I deliver lessons online via Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet, using shared screens, digital whiteboards, and visual resources to keep sessions engaging and effective.

With over 29 years of teaching experience across three countries and UK QTS, I bring strong subject knowledge, clear communication, and a patient, encouraging approach. My aim is to build clear understanding, exam confidence, and learners who excel both in school and in exams.
