Create easy methods: ensuring individually, all students can learn from in a results oriented way

Create easier, but informative lessons that suits client best

Understanding child to ensure I am aware of their abilities: strength and weaknesses

Being able to have emotional intelligence and patients with students

Treating all students differently regarding learning levels and developments

Formats: breaking things down in a easy and understandable way, doing step by step formats etc

I have taught children and adults lessons regarding English, starting with the basics and introducing formats manually which strengthens the mind, rather than causing pressure: creating cards, using memorable knowledge that will stick, doing fun and educational activities that willl not be daunting every lesson

It has been mind-blowing, seeing a child I have trained for instanstance - to pick up on tricks to train the mind to be patient, whilst learning but abilities that feel less pressuring like a normal class room

My aim when teaching others is to keep it professional but very easy which does not feel overwhelming.

I want results by all means, so getting to know each student and their limits is important for me because at times it can be very overwhelming

I have had magnificent results in proving this: in a short time, I have managed to increase the level kids are at academically which has made them a happier person all round: giving them confirmation that they can do anything they put their mind too, giving them the strength to push their selves, giving them the chance to play educational games and feel no pressure, giving them the confidence at home to do homework alone which they didn't do before mentoring sessions and also to build their self esteem in a whole class room
