Vast experience of nearly 25 years in extension programmes where teaching is a pre-requisite. Once students/others enter the classroom then the talk would only be in english. Normally use black board and white/coloured chalk. Everything shoud be erasable. Very strict in giving and checking of homework. Notified and surprise exams used to be conducted. Subject or lessons used to be taught in a real understandable way. Sometimes students will have to act as tutors and me, the tutor as student. Students have come to learn only. We have to give them an impression that school is a place where you get knowledge without being harassed. Every student should feel that they are really taught of what "be loving and lovable". This should be the atmosphere what we have to create among our students. An environment should be made that students have no hesitation to go to schools. Along with studies physical education also will have to taken care of. Of course, that's the PT department who will take care of. We have to see our eats quality food and drinks lot of water.Whoever may be the listeners we have to give them very good coaching.
