It's the competence teaching which comprises of learner centered teaching and learning methodology that indeed in reality helps a learner comes up with the skills when especially there is hands on during a lesson. This also helps a learner to easily understand, analyse, apply plu cognitive skills development that also enhanced behavioral skills and affective skills which are all gained in a competence based teaching and learning.
On the other hand, the competence based teaching and learning methodology which I use, ( learner centered teaching and learning methodology also helps a tutor to achieve the set goals and objectives for the learner to attain by the end of the leasson or the topic.
