Studied music theory & composition in bachelor's, and historical musicology in master's level. I construct the classes for needs of the student, and might include musical instrument technique, music theory, sight reading, performance practice. In addition to these improvisation, listening, musical dictation or singing might be included. These can be extended through the ABRSM preparation, style knowledge, music history, accompanyment and ensemble playing. A typical lesson includes instruction of a new piece or revision of older piece(s), introduction of new techniques that takes place in the practiced piece/s, discussion and adaptation of the techniques for the pupils' needs, discussion musical form and progressions of the studied piece(s), performance practices, technical studies and overview of the next lesson. Some classes might concentrate on the solution of specific problem while some classes intend individual or artistic development.
