I'm Omolara, a dynamic tutor, spanning over a decade. I use 21st century skills, creative, communication and other soft skills in engaging the learners. I groom learners to be well rounded and make learning fun for them. I use real objects, activity -based learning, individualised learning, play-way method, dramatisation/demonstration method, project -based and other suitable methods to teach my learners. In my class, mistakes are part of our learning. Learners are not afraid to make mistakes, as mistakes are part of learning process. They will be corrected and not shut down or shut out. Also, nobody knows it all. Everyone is learning. A great teacher is a great learner. It is possible that a learner asks a question that the teacher does not know. The teacher will admit she does not know, she will find out and explain to the learner(s). Learners learn in a relaxed and friendly way. They have sense of belonging and always crave the class. There is no dull moment, so learners want to be in class. We take little moment to play. You know, "All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy."
