Hello! My name is Ms Seyifunmi, and I am a passionate online tutor specialising in English and Mathematics for primary school learners in Grades 1–6.
I believe every child can learn and succeed with the right guidance, patience, and encouragement. My goal is to make learning enjoyable, build confidence, and help children develop strong academic foundations.
My teaching approach is interactive, learner-centred, and tailored to each child's individual needs and learning pace. I use simple explanations, practical examples, engaging activities, and regular exercises to help learners understand concepts and apply their knowledge confidently.
In English, I help learners improve their reading, spelling, grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and writing skills. In Mathematics, I simplify challenging topics and develop learners' calculation and problem-solving abilities.
I create a friendly and supportive learning environment where children feel comfortable asking questions and learning from their mistakes. I also monitor learners' progress and provide additional support where necessary.
My mission is to help every learner grow academically, develop a positive attitude towards learning, and achieve their full potential. I offer a patient, friendly, and encouraging teaching approach that recognises each learner's strengths and areas for improvement. I provide personalised support, monitor progress, revisit difficult concepts when necessary, and celebrate improvements to motivate learners.
My online lessons are designed to keep children engaged while helping them develop important academic skills. I also value communication with parents so that learning goals and areas requiring further practice can be identified.
My ultimate goal is not only to help children improve their performance in English and Mathematics but also to develop their confidence, curiosity, problem-solving abilities, and positive attitudes towards learning.
