I have been a trainer and a teacher for over two decades. I have taught students at all levels in different countries, with over 95% achieving excellent grades.

I am presently a Learning and Development Trainer at a multinational organization. I recruit, train, and coach instructors to EU standards, ensuring high standard coaching and process training delivery. I have undertaken all standard work for trainers; organising, monitoring and recording, cross training, new hire training, and delivering classroom and practical training sessions.

I work with operations on a skill matrix to highlight gaps for critical role training, support operations with the delivery of critical role training and improve processes from gathering feedback and analyzing data. I support the recruitment of Instructors and Peer Trainers, work in partnership with managers to improve new hire performance and support EU-level projects with feedback and improvements

As a Project Manager, I provide project plans from inception to completion, considering all the relevant statutory and client requirements. Establishing the project targets concerning project delivery, monitoring and reporting progress to the client or senior stakeholders
Providing high-level project reports to stakeholders, working groups, and executive committees up to the board level. Delivering objectives to strict budgets, deadlines and service level agreements. Developed and established agile development within the department while initiating peer- to peer reviews. Coordinating developers, providing a clear understanding of coding languages within an Agile environment. Resolving technical problems ensuring work is carried out to the correct quality and specification. Managing the strategic aspect of the projects, mitigating risks whilst supervising/ coordinating the delivery team
