Hi I'm Oluka! I like to teach my students similar to how a building is made! A strong foundation is first required before overcoming challenges as problems become harder down the line. This is how I was taught and it resulted in me obtaining the highest possible grade for GCSE Mathematics and I believe it will work for you too!l am familiar with OCR Mathematics GCSE but can also teach other boards. I have prior experience working with children from year 6 to year 9 and have assisted many in the 11+ exams.
I specialise in algebra mostly, which is one of the most core components of Maths especially at GCSE, and having a good grasp of algebra now is vital to success in A level Mathematics (in Pure, Mechanics and Statistics).

Upon finishing a subject we will always do a subject test to ensure that the student has fully absorbed all the learning material we have gone through. By doing this every time we finish a topic the student will have a fully comprehensive understanding of the course as a whole, and most importantly will understand how different topics can link to form harder exam questions, giving the student a much higher mental capacity to not only outline which topics are being uses but how they can be solved in conjunction with each other.
