Olivia Howe

I provide flexible tutoring that I will tailor according to your particular needs and preferences. I believe strongly in taking a holistic approach; my priority is not only to increase your competence in subject content, but also to fully understand your barriers in order to overcome them, while increasing your confidence along the way.

My specialisation is Health Psychology, but I also offer general academic tutoring, such as essay writing, revision and time management. I also have a wealth of experience in academic and clinical mental health contexts, so I also offer sessions related to building confidence and emotional management.

Our first session will always begin with gaining an understanding of you: who you are, your strengths, your barriers and your preferences. I will then set a personalised action plan, allowing us to cover the required content together, while adapting as we go along according to your progress. Please reach out if you have any enquiries or questions!
