I’m a fun (hopefully), supportive and competent tutor who can make my students comfortable talking and making mistakes. I know as a fact that with enough time and practice everyone can achieve an impressive command of the language, we don’t need to have any talents or inclination to learning languages. I believe that the key to successful learning is making it fun. The most fun way to learn English for me happened to be reading. If you always wanted to read more but couldn’t find enough time, I’ll help you with this. Let’s make reading fun and useful books in English your new hobby, you’ll like it, I promise.
I've been teaching English for almost 4 years.
My career as an English teacher started with privet tutoring sessions back at the university, but I didn't consider it as something serious, I practiced it just for fun and in order to help my fellow students.
I started to see teaching as a career path much later when I got the opportunity to teach abroad. I taught mainly kids in language centers and public schools in Vietnam. When COVID-19 hit the world and put offline teaching to bed, I got acquainted with online teaching and found it exceptionally beneficial and rewarding. I love working with adults all around the world, it makes me feel connected and needed.
Since I started tutoring I've graduated from the university with a teaching degree and acquired two TEFL certificates. I follow a communicative approach to teaching English and help my students incorporate new vocabulary and grammar into everyday life.
