I present myself as a practical platform where instructional learning on educational patterns can be transferred effectively using real life situation and experience that would create a lasting impression in the mind of the student promoting assimilation in the best possible manner. I have facilitated learning situation with different demographics and this has helped me to understand the importance of having a tailored solutions design depending on the peculiarities of the personnel being managed and the environmental factors mitigating the learning capabilities of the demographics. Continues reviews and evaluation will make it possible to design a solution that would meet the needs of each individual involved in this process. I use the assigned curriculum for studies in my impartation and I also innovate with audiovisuals that would help my students understand the curriculum effectively.i also encourage my team to be open minded in the reasoning, painting scenarios and cases studies that would help them understand in their own little way. I present an open door policy that allows me to become a close friend and confidant with my team and this has helped me maintain my safeguarding duties to my team which has comprised of vulnerable youths, teenagers and adults over a course of months allowing me to show empathy and work towards making my students better individuals.
I have had success stories that span different social strata and these have strengthened my belief that everyone needs to be loved and properly cared for to reach the expected height of their development
