I am an online Maths tutor for GCSE and A-Level students. My lessons focus first on making sure students properly understand each topic, before moving on to exam-style questions and developing effective exam technique.

I achieved a grade 8 in GCSE Maths and A grades in both A-Level Maths and Further Maths. I also have experience tutoring my younger brothers at GCSE and A-Level, which has helped me learn how to explain topics clearly, patiently and in different ways depending on the student’s needs.

I am currently a university student studying Maths and achieved a First in my first year, so the techniques and topics are still fresh in my mind. As I am also relatively young, I aim to create a relaxed and friendly learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions freely without worrying about being judged. I believe this can make learning more enjoyable and help students build confidence.

In my lessons, I break concepts down step by step, use simple examples, and then gradually build up to more challenging questions. My aim is to help students gain confidence, improve their understanding, and feel well prepared for their exams.

I will always listen carefully to students’ questions and enquiries and help them with any areas they are struggling with. Students can come to me whenever they need help, and I will be willing to explain concepts in a clear and patient way.
