My Experience and Qualifications
I bring over 10 years of professional teaching experience across mainstream schools, alternative educational settings, and dedicated one-to-one tuition. I hold a BSc in Mathematics Education, a Master’s degree, and currently serve as a Head of Maths SEND. Over the last decade, I have successfully guided hundreds of students of all ages and abilities to achieve their academic goals, pass their exams, and discover a genuine appreciation for mathematics.

What can you expect from my lessons? Every session is a safe, inclusive, and highly interactive space. I offer flexible formats, including both remote online lessons and in-person sessions in the Swindon area.

I do not just lecture; I encourage active participation. We will work through problems together—using visual aids, interactive tools, and real-world examples—followed by guided independent practice to completely solidify your understanding.

Because of my extensive background working with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and students with EHCPs, I am highly adaptable. I understand that no two students learn the same way. I utilize multisensory, evidence-based teaching strategies, tailoring my delivery to perfectly match your unique learning style.

My greatest strength is transforming complex, intimidating mathematical concepts into understandable, bite-sized pieces of information. I am exceptionally patient, calm, and dedicated to creating a positive learning culture where making mistakes is celebrated as a vital part of the learning process.
