appropriate, engaging lesson plans
Work closely with parents to identify their child's strengths and weaknesses
and to set learning goals
Foster a love of learning and developing children's confidence, self-esteem,
and independence
Define and Assign various activities for different work groups of the
students
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encouraged
critical thinking, creativity, and cultural awareness
Conduct tutorials for the students to monitor their progress
Provide individualised support and feedback to students to help them improve their English language skills
and achieve their academic goals
