My teaching style involves defining goals with each student: what they want to achieve and what they expect from our collaboration. I then choose and adjust my teaching methods to fit the learning plan and our ultimate goal for the student.

As a facilitator, my primary task is to guide and stimulate the learning process. I create an appropriate intellectual and emotional environment, fostering a supportive atmosphere in the classroom. This approach encourages self-learning, where students discover answers and information through exploration. Ideally, student talking time should exceed teacher talking time to maximize practice.
